Glen Highlands Partners is a group of highly experienced, entrepreneurial executives with committed financial backing from Housatonic Partners searching for a mid-market (~$50-300+ million revenue) company to acquire and operate.

We love to work with strong brands, products and services and are particularly interested in founders who are looking to transition their business to a team that can help carry on the mission and growth of the company or companies looking to re-energize growth.  We operate with integrity and highly value the people with whom we work and the culture and history of the organizations we run.

Industries

We are generally industry-agnostic and evaluate opportunities across many sectors. Our team particularly has deep experience and interest in healthcare, education/knowledge services and consumer products and has additional interest in business services/tech-enabled services, information/data/content/media-based companies and life science services and suppliers, but we are not exclusive to these industries.
 


organization

We love to work with founder owner-operators who are ready to transition out of their business and are looking for the right new team to carry on their legacy or companies / assets being divested from larger organizations and in need of a new team.  However, we consider companies with all management and ownership structures.


size

We target middle-market companies with ~$50 to $300 million of annual revenue.  However, we are willing to consider larger or smaller companies if the characteristics are appropriate.
 


assets

We are experts at optimizing high quality assets such as brands, products, services and people.  We're comfortable working with complex product and service lines and developing technology-enabled services from legacy services.


geography

While we are based in California, we are evaluating businesses in all geographic locations of the United States and those with material international presence.

 


special situations

We are very open to companies with unique financial or organizational situations such as stagnant growth, low EBITDA margins, turnarounds, divestitures and carve-outs, multiple divisions, expected or unexpected ownership or management transition and situations requiring extreme privacy.
